My essential, non-negotiable class that I urge you all to add to your schedule at least once a week. This deep stretch class focuses on mobility and lengthening of key muscle groups to help avoid injuries and keep your body feeling fresh and ready for more workouts to come! Complete these stretches pre or post-workout to help improve your flexibility, mobility, and muscular endurance.
