Class Details

Take your strength to the next level working on specially balanced push & pull movements to help build muscle. From bodyweight to dumbbells, this is a great progression class to develop your ability over time. These workouts will improve your co-ordination, strengthen your bones and joints and help avoid injury. Lifting weights will not bulk you up but will leave you feeling empowered, strong and confident. 

What's required
Mat, weights not essential for the class. If you would like to use weights a set of 1kg, 2kg and/or 3kg would be useful.
