Cardio workout with resistance bands

Class Details

Using resistance bands will target specific muscle groups to improve strength and athletic performance. It’s a whole new way to exercise providing greater muscle stimulus as well as stabilization and core activation. The classes are low impact making them ideal if you are recovering from an injury and can aid rehabilitation. Bands are also used for stretching and mobility within the class. They are inexpensive and can be bought from my shop if you do not already have them.
