Challenge Details

The perfect programme if you have lost your mojo or had a break away from exercise. This is designed to reset your mind, body, and develop healthy habits back into your daily routine. Your heart will be racing, your muscles will be reawakened, and you’ll rediscover your love for fitness and how good it makes you feel!
 

What’s involved?
6 classes a week : Tabata, upper body strength, dumbbell hiit, lower body strength, ab & booty blast, stretch.

4 weeks in total.
