Our Classes

Mixing it up is the key to your long term relationship with exercise. Allowing your body to move and work in different ways aids endurance and progress whilst also dealing with daily fluctuations in mood, energy levels and mobility. Challenges are a key part of the Daily Bailey Studio and really help with motivation. We've a lot to choose from on a weekly basis, take a look at what's on offer.

My Daily Mantra

It’s really quite simple, healthy, regular physical exercise changes the way you feel about everything. Our bodies are designed to move. It doesn’t have to always be high impact or involve weights but when we move our bodies on a consistent daily basis there are endless positives and good things that happen – but more than anything – you will find the JOY!

Daily Bailey Resistance Bands

One of the main benefits of resistance bands over weight training is that they provide more exercise variety. They can also prevent you from using momentum to cheat and therefore challenge your endurance progression further. You can increase your reps at a faster pace whilst reducing the risk of injury! Daily Bailey has a weekly BANDS class and they are also used in some of the challenges. If you fancy giving them a go you can buy them singularly or as a set here.
