Hey, I’m Rhiannon – head trainer at GID. From a professional dance background, my training has taught me how hard work, consistency and determination lead to results.
My fitness philosophy is really quite simple; healthy, regular physical exercise changes the way you feel about everything. Our bodies are designed to move, doing this on a consistent daily basis brings endless positives. But most of all I’m passionate about the importance of getting your body moving for the health of your mind.
